We welcome Musisi Paul as a volunteer on the FWS team. Paul is a graduate of Children of Uganda's education program, and now a student at Makerere University, Kampala, where he is pursuing a BSc in Ethnobiology, majoring in botany. Volunteering, under the guidance of FWS Program Manager, James Kalokola, will give him valuable experience in plant cultivation, identification, and botanical garden design, using permaculture principles. Some of Paul's responsibilities will be identifying and documenting medicinal plants currently at Sabina. While doing that, he will be passing on what he is learning to the P4-7 students during their lessons in the garden.
Paul follows in the footsteps of Sharon Namubiru, Charles Mugarura, Christopher Nyero, Tom Iga, among other beneficiaries of Children of Uganda's education program.
